Chocolate Protein Oat Balls

The Easiest Way to Stay Fueled

Let’s be honest, most mornings don’t leave time for a full breakfast.

Between getting ready, commuting, squeezing in workouts, or jumping straight into emails, it’s easy to skip eating altogether or grab something that leaves you hungry an hour later.

That’s exactly why we love these Chocolate Protein Oat Balls.

They’re the kind of snack you make once and enjoy all week. No baking, no prep every day, no mess. Just open the fridge, grab two (or three), and go.

Real Fuel You Can Feel Good About

Instead of sugary snack bars or processed options, these bites are made with simple, wholesome ingredients you are familiar with. Fiber-rich oats help keep you full, nut butter adds satisfying healthy fats, and a boost of chocolate protein supports steady energy and muscle recovery.

Perfect for Busy Days

These are designed for real life.

Throw a couple in your gym bag before a workout.
Keep some at your desk for afternoon slumps.
Pack them for road trips, lunches, or post-run recovery.

They’re small enough to be convenient but filling enough to actually satisfy you.

Make Once, Enjoy All Week

One batch takes just minutes to mix together and lasts for days in the fridge (or months in the freezer). That means less daily prep and more time doing the things you actually want to do.

Having something this good ready to go makes sticking to your nutrition goals effortless.

Protein: 2.5g

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup (or 2 scoops) Advanced 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of Salt

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, making sure everything is fully incorporated.

Step 2: Gather about a tbsp to 1 1/2 tbsp of the mix and roll it into a ball between your hands. Place the rolled balls onto a baking sheet however far apart you want.

Step 3: Place baking tray in the freezer for at least an hour.

After about an hour, you can move them to the refrigerator or keep them in the freezer. They last 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer.

A Better Way to Snack

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. Sometimes it’s as simple as preparing a few smart options ahead of time so you’re never stuck reaching for something less nourishing.

These Chocolate Protein Oat Balls are easy, delicious, and made to keep up with your day.
